I can not brag about our experience with Thurston at Spot enough. This is the second time we have worked with Thurston and he always goes above and beyond. With an infant at home, we wanted a larger yard and a more welcoming home for our kid to grow up in. We had a bunch of boxes we wanted checked in order to move and Thurston made it happen. We used Vicki to buy a second home at the beach. She did a great job showing us types of properties that we requested, but also expanded our search to areas we were not considering, and we eventually bought something we were not originally thinking of because it was such a good opportunity. This  was new build construction, which we had no experience with. She did a wonderful job working with the builder and us to ensure that we were kept apprised of every detail as it was in progress, and she worked closely with us and the builder to resolve problems as they arose. She did a wonderful job representing us in negotiating issues and changes during the build. She had several late night calls with us walking us through much of the paperwork with the builder, and with the bank, explaining all of the documents and helping us complete and sign. Overall, we were very satisfied with Vicki. She went above and beyond what I would have expected and we would absolutely use her again in a real estate transaction.

"Shelley Sugden is a highly competent and client-focused agent. Our parents moved and weren't sure whether to sell their house as-is, remodel and sell, or update and keep it as a rental property. The home is 2 hours away and the process of gathering contacts, information and estimates from a distance seemed a daunting task. We asked Shelley for help finding a knowledgeable and honest agent in the area and briefly explained our situation. I expected a quick list with a few names and phone numbers.
