Favorite Spots In Wilmington:

  • I love the coastal lifestyle. My favorite thing to do is go to lunch or dinner by boat to Sears Landing in Surf City and listen to live music while you are having lunch or dinner by the water.
  • Spending the day going clamming, fishing or oystering on a local island and preparing fresh seafood for dinner with friends and family after a long day on the water is my idea of a perfect day.
  • Daddy Macs in Surf City is the place to be when you want a quiet dinner outside by the ocean, you can feel the ocean breeze while gazing at the moon and stars above.

Local Spot Tourists Don't Know About ...

Quarter Moon Books and Gifts in Surf City is a quaint, family-friendly gift-store. You can savor a good book while enjoying a cup of coffee, or enjoy a glass of wine or favorite beer from the Wine Bar and occasionally listen to live music from local artists.
Bannerman Vineyard and Winery is one of North Carolinas' oldest muscadine vineyards. It is located in the heart of Burgaw, Pender County, and is a family owned and operated vineyard. They offer some of the best muscadine wine on the east coast.

Unexpected Facts:

  • I love to listen to disco music while I am getting ready in the morning
  • I have a commercial fishing license and know how to fish, oyster, clam and pull crab pots.
  • I love to watch a thunderstorm over the ocean, something about the quick change in air temperature and the lighting bolts dancing off the water is really cool to see.

Why Do You Love Real Estate?

I love being able to educate clients and to help people with the buying and selling process. I like to see the smile on my clients face when they have found a place to call home and I like knowing that I have been a part of that special chapter in their life. I make sure that my clients know that they are not just a business transaction, but a long-term relationship and I value them in every way.

Most Unique Thing You've Seen In Real Estate:

An inground swimming pool used for raising tilapia fish, that one will make you think for a minute or two.
